Erroneous fax documents
We received several fax forwarding a NYS traffic ticket ticket involving a certain BRIEN MAO, please be informed that we do not know Brien Mao and we have no interest in the faxed document. Please check properly the fax number. thanks.

Investigate about faxes no received
Faxes were not recived by recepient even though a metrofax notifications were sent to me saying that the sent was successfull.
Today. I called a phone # listed on website to contact you customer service and the call dropped 3 times. Please call me at 978866****.

No I just wanted a new phone but I'm not paying to get another one I feel like they should replace it if they ain't willing to track it.

I emailed this company months ago to cancel my subscription and 6 months later, they are still taking money from my account. This company does not have a contact number.

I could not send a fax. I tried 6 times.
Each time I sent got a response that its the wrong fax number. I then called the company to confirm the fax number which was the correct fax number.
When I try to contact MetroFax you no longer provide customer phone support. Thats not helpful.
You create many hurdles to jump through just for technical help. Even at that did not receive help.

That about sums it up. I have a busy, busy business and over the past several months, I cannot transmit faxes and receive no confirmation from metro fax.
Their customer service is nonexistent and do not respond to emails. Truly an awful, awful service.

Dont bother with the free trial that is supposed to be 14 days! They will take your money regardless!
I called to cancel the day my free trial ended and they still charged me. I emailed and requested support chat and got the same agent 3 times in a row! After the first refusal to not charge me $10 for 1 count that correctly (1/one) page during the whole 14 day free trial , he kept disconnecting the chat! David P.
Is the only alias agent apparently! And they will not honor their Free trial agreement.

I ordered food from BUFFALO WILD WINGS at 8:25pm, its 10 and I havent heard anything from talabat app
And every time I check the order, I found that it has been postponed 15 min to 30min
And till now it is not prepared and the delivery guy did not received the order yet
I tried to call the delivery guy he said that he is on his way to the restaurant
And till now its been almost 2 hours and the order still in the preparation phase on the app
After all the mess, I tried to cancel the order but the app wont let me to.
Poor service, poor communication and eventually cold food! :)

Verified BuyerFraudulent charges
I have reached out to metro fax for over a month advising my debit card has been used fraudulently a representative responded to my email about 2 months later and several emails sent. I was asked to provide my fax number and email . I told the representative I dont have a fax number I never made an account and i provided my email it has been another month and again no response I even emailed him the bank statements showing proof of the charges.

I didn't realize that my cancelation date was yesterday so when I tried to use the app to cancel my subscription now they want $37.00 just to cancel ??? I don't recall seeing that ??

I experienced the exact same. I thought the trial period was seven days so I canceled on day 4 by logging into Metrofax portal.
However, I was still charged $11.95.
What is worse is that they don't have a live customer service line that you can speak so contact them through a web form or chat. This company should be reported for deceptive services.
I agree! After trying for 3 months to cancel when I was billed again, I was finally able to get it done today.
No refunds for previous 3 months even though my emails were not answered, they no longer have a phone number, and chat was so robotic, repetitive, and then slow because there were others being "helped" at the same time that I usually gave up so my blood pressure didn't climb any higher. I'd get so angry when trying to cancel online that I put it off, hoping someone would cancel it because of the emails I sent. Today, after entering my info about 3 times in the chat windows, I was finally able to get a person and FINALLY able to cancel!!! It was a terrible experience and even though I put copies of the emails I'd sent in the chat window, he wouldn't refund my previous 3 months.
Further, when I pointed out that only two faxes were sent, both on the first day of the trial and one out of the two failed & that obviously the service was not used except the first day, it fell flat and missed the point and I was informed they didn't cancel memberships if a fax didn't go through. I wasn't getting anywhere and was getting more upset by the moment - it was too much! oh and I received a couple of 'are you still there?' messages when I had obviously replied and had to send them again and again so it wouldn't disconnect chat in so many seconds. Maybe that was what they wanted?
to make it so hard to cancel that we give up or put it off so we can calm down first. This has certainly taught me a lesson when entering my credit card info anywhere that might keep on billing me.
I'll always check for reviews first in the future. Thank you for giving us a place to warn others.
